Clean, well organized store. Home furnishings were very nice and displayed well. Clothes were good brands, but very classic, mainstream styles(Talbots, Anne Taylor, etc).

Fantastic selection of consigned furniture. I was able to furnish the entire living room of my apartment for under $ 500. This was considerably more affordable than any other furniture store I found within a 50-mile radius of Rochester. Cindy, the owner, was very helpful.

My roommate and I both brought bags of clothes to this consignment shop to see if they were interested. The clothes were name-brand, rarely worn, sizes 8 – 12. I normally bring clothes to a different consignment shop, but I had heard good things about Refashion. However, when I got there, the woman who looks over consigned clothing wasn’t there. Her teenage daughter told us she would hold the clothes and have her look at them when she got back. Weeks went by and we heard nothing. When I finally called, the owner informed me that none of the clothes had been usable. I asked if something was wrong with them, and she said no, they just weren’t in season. And what’s more, she had donated all of them to the Salvation Army. Without asking me. Apparently her teenage daughter checked the box saying it was okay to donate any of the clothes she didn’t accept – which was ALL of them. We were furious. When we told her how disappointed we were, the owner hung up on us! One of the worst consignment shop experiences I have EVER had, and I regularly consign clothing. I will never, ever, go back, and I will never recommend anyone consign clothing here. She was unbelievably rude and thoughtless.

A large selection of women’s clothing, and very well organized by size and type and season. Nothing is a steal, nor are there any funky gems, but there are a lot of high quality items — reliable, professional Ann Taylor and the like. All very practical and you could easily spend more and do worse shopping elsewhere. If I lived nearby I’d be in a few times a year. The sales assistant was describing some exciting sounding change-of-season sales. On a sour note, I did find something with awful deodorant stains on it. This isn’t a thirft store and they should keep a sharper eye out for the prices they charge… Plenty of spacious, private dressing rooms, a real plus for a consignment shop.
