I was hunting for Allen Edmonds shoes in Rochester. Macy’s will soon stock some of their line, but I couldn’t wait. I needed oxfords fast. So if you need a good looking oxford that will last forever, check out the AEs at the Red Barn store.
I found their staff very helpful and accommodating. They let me take my time walking around testing out the shoes. I even tried some others, but I knew I wanted the AEs. They offered me something to drink and appropriate dress socks. Just make sure you keep the leather bottom soles on their carpet.
Red Barn has great customer service. They also offer a full line of suits they can be tailored to your needs. They also have special events there (there was a flier for an Agave Denim event). So check them out. It is upscale, so be ready to spend money. I think you’ll receive great value.
