This is really not aimed at the local franchise, rather the national organization. We have spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to get out pod scheduled and moved to Syracuse. The first two times, my wife spent 47 and 35 minutes on hold. Each time, she was asked to call back as their computers were going down and/or their upgrade was causing an issue. I took over the next day and spent about 40 minutes, on two separate occasions, trying to schedule the pick up and delivery. Each time, I was asked to call back. Each time, we were given a different quote as to the price for delivery. As of this review, we still don’t have a definite price. PODS. Nice concept. Customer care and follow through, not so much. I would not use them again.
