So yummy! So healthy! Philomenia is quite the talent. I’ve yet to make it to her restaurant on Main but I love stopping at her stand at the Saturday Public Market.

Healthful food prepared with a great deal of love by Philomela, a Nigerian immigrant. She has also produced a cookbook with surprising stuff.
There is a restaurant also on west Main street open on Mon. Wed. Fri. The other days she is at the food section of Rochester’s Public Market.
