This location was my first experience with Painting with a twist. I felt welcomed from the first minute I walked in and unfortunately I was running late due to bad weather. The staff didn’t make a big deal of it and that certainly made me feel very happy as a customer. I had a wonderful time, discovered the calming effect of painting and highly recommend this fun place to everyone.

Drinking while painting is the hot new thing these days. Because what could go wrong with wine, watercolors and a blank canvas? The possibilities are endless. When you sign up online, there’s space to enter names of the people you want to sit with, which is definitely a time saver. My first class here was a pretty well-oiled machine. Wine is available for purchase(or bring your own, including snacks), there were two breaks incorporated into the two-hour class. You absolutely do not need to be an artist to paint because they go step by step and give plenty of time. There are also people who go around offering suggestions. There’s even a row of hair dryers to speed up the drying process. The only thing lacking is a bit of elbow room at your station. It’s just two long tables pushed together and the only space you have is for your easel and a paper plate of paint. So elbows down when painting your masterpiece! The slightly odd thing I found is the«valet» parking.

I’ve taken 3 classes. Each one has been fun and relaxed. You don’t have to possess any artistic talent whatsoever. The instructors are patient and keep things light and fun. You can bring your own wine and snacks or you can buy wine there. I brought my daughter here on the night of her 15th birthday. The staff made it special by writing a sweet birthday message on her paint tray. We were allowed to bring cake. We made a great memory that night and we have our paintings on the wall to remind us.

Not a bad venue for birthday parties. The 2 hour class for parties charges the same rate as individual classes($ 35pp), with the exception that it’s a 10-person minimum. You get the use of the private party room and an instructor who gives more attention to each participant. You get to pick the painting that the party paints. There’s a total of 3 hours for the party, so in between there is a break, or you can save the cake and food for after the end of the class.
