If you are anywhere near Rochester or are looking for something fun & different; you will want to stop by Olive Vinegar!
The concept is a «tasting room» that offers up over 40 different types of unbelievable olive oils and balsamic vinegars, they also serve wine from Château Chantal winery in Traverse City and you can even taste the honey. (which is local)
The website says to «stop by, your tastebuds will Thank You» and I have to admit there is quite a bit of truth in that!

This store is amazing! They have the best selection of Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars around. You can go in and taste test any of the options available (my favorites are the fig balsamic and the traditional as well as the Koroneiki oil) and their staff is extremely knowledgable and helpful with any questions you have or decisions you may have to make.
I cannot express enough how exemplary the customer service is here. I have ordered online as well as visited the store numerous times. They consistently go above and beyond to treat their customers right and make sure they are leaving happy and anxious to return. I have never been disappointed with a purchase from here and can’t wait to go back!

My favorite combo for my salads is the Tuscan Herb Olive Oil and the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar. I purchased some as a gift too. They are nicely bottled and wrapped.
