Love the fast service here. And how they keep the breadsticks coming all night. Yumm!

Came for dinner with a gift card from Christmas. The server was so sweet and helpful. The breadsticks, soup and salad were tasty as usual. Both my sister and I got the pick your tour of Italy. The pasta sauces had enough flavor but the actual dough of the pasta was hard and chewy. The portion of shrimp ravioli was skimpy. I will still continue to go for lunch and order soup, salad and breadsticks.

Stopped in on a whim early Wednesday because you can’t touch the place without a wait usually. Food was good as always. We both ordered the make your own tour of Italy. My only complaint was the tiny portion of shrimp ravioli. It only came with 3 :(.

It’s not the same as it use to be, my husband had chicken and it tasted so rubbery, I ordered the chicken scampi it was okay but it use to be so much better, I probably won’t be back

Filthy. Stinky. Horrible experience. I wrote to Olive Garden the same night I had this experience. They never responded. Why would I expect a response? First off: our server had body odor. Severe body odor. He got our drink order wrong. Then we noticed(I have a photo) the shelf next to our table was covered in dust. My wife asked for an appetizer over pasta. He served the wrong shrimp. We asked for the manager. She insisted my wife get what she ordered. It would only take A MINUTEAND A HALF. 20 minutes later, she came out with it. We got our bill. They charged us for the dinner. Asked why, our stinky waiter said: «That’s how we do it.» Really? Avoid this restaurant at all costs. Bad service. Bad management. Bad decisions. Avoid this restaurant at all costs. A waste of time and money.

It’s a chain, and we only go there for lunch and we always get the same thing… The soup(minestrone)/salad/breadstick combo. It’s always good. Occasionally we venture out and get an appetizer and we are almost always disappointed in it… But we still try sometimes. The cheese dip was the one super tasty appetizer success we’ve had. Service can be hit or miss. We’ve had an the oblivious surfer guy who is really nice but chats up his regulars so long he forget’s you exist. And the curt/doesn’t smile but totally efficient lady… Yesterday we had a pleasant server but she wasn’t all that efficient. And we ordered an appetizer, then she brought out our meals first. She seemed confused when we wanted to cancel the appetizer after that(she brought us our meal so we had«something to nibble on» — but the«something to nibble on» that we wanted was — you know — ordered as an appetizer). She was nice and canceled it without issue. So… yeah. It’s fine. For lunch. Dinner is way too pricey for what you get. Standard chain restaurant.

The food has gone down hill big time. For a chain the food used to be tasty. Now it just out right sucks. The sauces are not«homemade» like the menu states they taste like they came right out of a can.

Everyone knows how much I love Olive Garden. I can’t help it. I really like the taste of salt. I went this most recent trip with 3 other my close friends to celebrate a friends engagement. We had a great time. I got what I always get, Zuppa Toscana & Chicken Parm. As always, it was fantastic. The breadsticks this day were also amazing because they were extra salty, and like I said, I love salt. I also got a raspberry lemonade — delicious!!! Our waitress was Adele and she was very kind and very attentive. She was super nice along the way and anticipated all of our needs. Overall, I will continue to always love Olive Garden and I will always come to Olive Garden given the chance.

Average chain food fair, with some highlights on the new menu. We come to this location a lot, perhaps once every two or three weeks with our family. The service is generally inconsistent with some excellent service at times and some poor service at times. The same goes for the food, which is sometimes prepared expertly, and at other times not. This inconsistency is what is driving the average rating. The brand seems dated, and some of the concepts are more than 20 years old, and if it was not for the new menu, would be somewhat boring because most of the concepts remain that made the chain successful initially.

Went to explore the TV add buy one, one free. It’s a deceptive add. The $ 12.99 only applies to the simple sphaguetti & meatballs and 4 cheeses baked ziti. If you want the few other choices in that special it cost more money. Ok, I ordered the Sangirita & the Shrimp Alfredo for $ 5 extra. Everything was delicious. The portions are huge. I had left-overs and on top of that I got a free dish: baked ziti. Then, they give you a free rental movie coupon. Service was prompt and very nice by Alaina. I came out very happy and with food for 3 more meals.

The food is great — but sitting at the bar, they decided to have a small staff meeting in front of me and I didn’t appreciate it. I learned all about what servers can and can’t do — which was distracting from my own work. I was tempted to say something, but didn’t want them to spit in my food. I will think twice about eating at this Olive Garden again.

Olive Garden… Olive Garden… the italian chain restaruant that has an authentic Italian taste. Well… I wouldn’t say its authentic since I have tasted italian food made by Italian’s but I wasn’t that taken aback by the food. I liked the décor as it gave a nice little Italy feel that was comfy and quaint. The wait took ten minutes but that didn’t turn me off as I gladly sat down for dinner and was ready for a delightful taste sensation. …Delightful? Meh… the breadsticks weren’t the best I’ve tasted, I enjoyed sBarro’s much more. Instead of pasta, I went for the Chicken Parm as I craved meat but wanted an italian twist to it. The portion was a decent size but I couldn’t even see the chicken as the heavy sauce drowned it like a curtain. The chicken was still ok and it wasn’t that expensive of a cost(total came around $ 25) but wouldn’t really go back for an italian taste of the century.

Oh Olive Garden, your generic overpriced stuff I hear much about you, friends can’t get enough So I come with hopes of delicious breadsticks and pasta fun Instead the bread is salty and my tastebuds numb Your décor is nice and gives a bistro feel With rustic walls, bottles of wine, it almost looks real I do like your seating of square tables and rounds But your chairs, although comfy, are crowded abound We usually wait a number of minutes: at least ten or fifteen But that’s ’cause we’re early, lunch and dinner between For should you come during the proper time to sup You might be waiting an hour before your turn is up So the servers tend to be friendly and spry But oft have they neglected my glass(don’t make me cry!!) Yet cordial they are and decent they be I will continue next with what is most paramount to me The menu is ordinary with quintessential fodder Of classic Italian meals everyone has to offer Commonplace these dishes may be They(for the most part) are decently tasty A bit oversalted and sauced I find some of the grub Something I would expect more from a greasy old pub My personal kitchen can make you much more For less pain in your wallet and more deliciousness galore! I hold these truths self evident And 2 stars seems to be adequate So unless insisted by friends and/or foes I choose not to attend this Garden of O

This Olive Garden has been the one I have gone to basically all my life. The food is decent and the service is good. It is not upscale Italian dining, so if you’re looking for something a little more classy and tasty this isn’t the place. The dishes are exactly what they say and they do taste good. I do, however, think they tend to overprice some dishes.

Do not be fooled by their«gluten-free» menu and think you can get a decent GF meal here. Their fries have wheat on them and apparently so does their potatoes. I could not even get a plain baked potato. We ordered a side of their GF penne pasta which was delivered w/o sauce and was crunchy. Come on! We paid $ 61(for two of us) for the worst meal I have had in a very long time. Oh, also, the gluten free menu did not have any prices and for a reason. Overpriced and low quality. On a plus, salmon was average and service was ok.

Food is always good as well as the service, however i do not go there as much cause of the prices. It’s a food chain not Mario’s or something. Prices should be cheaper. Otherwise good.

We visited this Weds. June 26th, for our anniversary celebration. Professional service by hostess and server. Chicken Marsala with oven roasted vegetables was outstanding. Sauce was well seasoned and creamy. Shrimp Alfredo was done perfectly, sauce not too thick, excellent shrimp. Only issue I had was I called a day ahead to make a reservation and they wouldn’t accept it because the number was less than 8? I can see this on Friday and Saturday nights, but in the middle of the week? Really? Overall a great dining experience.

Ok experience. My meal was fine but a guest with me had pasta that was soft on the outside and crunchy in the center, clearly under cooked. Our server was decent, I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt because she had a party of 20 to take care of. 2 bus boys who talking way to loud about a rapper and how he «sucked». I probably heard the words; suck, sucks and sucked about a dozen times. Not exactly a warm family atmosphere. Staffed seemed to be filled with over the top tanned dim witted teens.

Definitely not authentic Italian cuisine but I wasn’t expecting it to be authentic either, so no surprises there. The food tastes good but only because they butter and salt everything up. I think the food is way over priced for the quality that you get. The bread sticks have diminished in quality over the past couple of years. I do love the salad there though. The soups are very salty. I have had a lot of different dishes there which taste… good. I keep trying a different dish each time I go, hoping that I will taste something that wows me… but to no avail so far. The décor and music do get me in the mood for Italian food. I love that they come to your table with a bottle of wine to sample. It’s never anything great but it’s always fun to sample wine :) I think three stars fits this place best. The service and the food are just okay.

My stepmother loves this place with the fire of a thousand suns. It’s one of the many sweet and endearing things about her. She loves everything about it, especially the salad(and salad dressing), which she could eat for days. I’m happy to oblige when I visit, but it’s really the only time I ever visit an Olive Garden. The pasta is middle of the road at best, but people don’t really come here expecting a mind-blowing marinara or a lasagna that makes you slightly weepy. It’s okay, but fairly bland. It is true, this place is always packed. I’m not sure why. There is good Italian food in Roch, but Olive Garden isn’t it. This is basically fast food, the most Americanized you can possibly make Italian.
