So this is a pretty cool store that has a decent selection of beers. I’ve come here so many times and am always trying their different beers. They are located in the South Wedge on a corner as the name suggests. If you only like popular beers like Bud, Corona and such you might want to skip this place because the beers here are for someone with a different taste not to mention fairly expensive taste. They have a few taps in the store though I have to admit I’m not sure if they are functional or just décor. I couldn’t see myself sitting in a store drinking beer like I’m at a bar but it looks cool. The prices are well worth it if you are like me and enjoy a good beer. You’ll find lots of craft beers here and if you are looking to expand your beer taste buds without having to leave Rochester I’d recommend coming here. In addition to beer they have candy, chips and I believe a few toiletry type items. This could very well be your one stop shop if you are just looking to grab something for a relaxing night at home or grabbing something so you do not show up to someone’s place empty handed. Check them out. Salud.

Funny place. They do sell some food– Half candy, half pasta sauce, but mostly I’d say they are a BEERSTORE. They have an awesome selection of microbrews and fancy schmancy beers at reasonable prices. Hipster workers come off as apathetic/uppity types at first but if you get them talking beer they are actually super friendly. ALSO one can sample the beers they have on tap if you are thinking of buying a growler.(return the growler later for $ back!) Convenient location good hours.

This place is amazing. I’ve walked by numerous times, but only walked in for the first time yesterday. Nathaniel Square Corner Store probably has more craft beers per square foot than Beers of the World. I was truly impressed with their selection. They had some of my favorite IPAs from breweries such as Tröegs, Dogfish Head, Flying Dog and Founders. Although I don’t live within walking distance from Nathaniel’s, it’s still much more convenient than driving to Beers of the World. I will never settle for buying beer from Tops anymore. They also have 4 taps of rotating beers and offer growler fills to go. I was in a bit of rush, so I did not pay close attention to their non-beer offerings. The guy working the register was friendly. Definitely another gem in the South Wedge area!

Always super friendly people working here. Its a small store but don’t let that deceive you-They have a surprisingly diverse beer/cider selection with things you may not see elsewhere. I never fail to find something interesting on my visits here. Growlers(and half-growlers!) on tap… very cool. And they have great hours(open 7a-10p!)

This is a corner store that is a convenience store but so much cooler. They have the basic things: junk food, junk drinks, random items, smokes… but then there’s the beer selection. They have a very nice array of beers in the cooler, then more along the couple short aisles. Your basic craft staples from Sam Adams, Goose Island, Founders, Ithaca, Dogfish Head, Sierra Nevada, Unibroue, Fullers, Great Divide, etc… but they occasionally get rarities in stock. A few months ago, they had the entire lineup of different barrel aged Fifty Fifty Eclipse Imperial Stout. More recently, they got some Firestone Walker Sucaba… but I was about 10 minutes too late to grab the last bottle haha. They also have 4 taps for those who want growler fills to go. Very reasonably priced all around. The guys there are mad chill and know their stuff. For a small, relatively inconspicuous«convenience store», they do have an impressive selection of brews. Stop by and grab some beer!

Thank God for this place. Seriously, thank God! If not for Nathaniel Square I’d have to drive to Beers of the World for my weekly stash, so thank you, Nathaniel Square, for saving someone who lives downtown from the pain of dealing with traffic in Henrietta on a regular basis. The selection here is good. It’s not astronomical, but well-choiced and with the growler option. Today when I picked up my Founders Porter 6-pack I thought about what a great little place it is. Okay, so it’s overpriced. Like if you forgot to buy tomato paste or popcorn or that jar of mayonnaise, you’ll get swindled trying to pick it up here, but I guess the convenience of having it available is sometimes worth it. In addition, you can pick up a Jillian’s Delight or other Cheesy Eddie’s Sinful Cookie Type Thing at the counter and smile guiltily as the cashier smirks because he’s probably guessing you’ll eat that in the car on the way home. Go here for good beer.

A step above the rest when it comes to a corner store. They have the usual items that you need to pick up every so often like snacks and random things. But, the greatest addition is their killer selection of craft beer. Unfortunately, this corner store isn’t really around the corner for me so I do have to go out of my way to stop here. But, when I’m around the South Wedge it’s good to pop in to see what new craft beers they have in stock and on tap for growlers. Gotta enjoy one of the sandwiches too!

A great little corner store. They have basic convenience store items, snack food, soup, mac and cheese and the like, along with basic toiletries. Nice supply of flavored cigars(Phillies, White Owls) and papers for those late night rolling needs. Oh, and if you are ever in need of one tampon, then Nathaniel’s is your place. Have to admit I’ve never seen any other place sell tampons individually. I’ve always wanted to go in and buy a bunch of craft beer and one tampon, just to see the look on the guys face… But let’s talk about the important thing that they specialize in: beer! Great selection for a little place! They get most of the special releases, and their prices generally are on par with the best in town. I grabbed a 3L Bottle of Stone Double Bastard for $ 80, other places in town are charging $ 120. I’m planning to make a cool lamp out of the empty bottle! Four Draft lines for growler fills, with interesting stuff on tap. Plenty of beer in the coolers, actually, 90 percent of the stuff they have is cold. I have never had the breakfast sandwiches, but I hear they are awesome. Everyone who works there is very friendly, and always ready to chat about beer. Even Bob is pretty cool, despite the fact that he is a Vegan(I’m joking, so please don’t have the Vegetarian Militia hunt me down and force feed me Tofurkey…).

I have never eaten here, but the beer selection is unbelievable for a corner store. They even have 4 taps for growlers!

I go here when Beers of the World is closed/I don’t feel like going that far. Better beer selection than a gas station but limited space. You can get some growler pours here as well– bonus! Friendly staff. I’ll have to go check out their breakfast sammies.

Love this place. I have to go back every time I’m in ROC for their grilled delights(we don’t have places that grill food worth speaking of out here in San Diego). Great beer selection, super friendly staff, good eats – my kinda place.
