Mozzeroni’s Pizza & Pasta

This was our first time ordering from Mozzeronis, and it won’t be the last. We received a menu in the mail, and we figured «why not.» We’ve been looking for a new go-​to delivery place. We called in our order and the guy who took our order seemed a little rude, but we figured he was probably just busy.
The food arrived in the time frame we were given and everything was hot and fresh. We ordered the chicken parm pasta dinner and the seafood combo. Both were amazing. The pasta sauce on the chicken parm was fantastic. It was tangy and had a nice little spice to it. The portion was also huge, which I love. It is a leftover friendly meal. The seafood combo was good as well. The fish fillets were a little overdone, but still tasty. The clams in particular were meaty, which is hard to find.
Overall, we loved what we ordered and can’t wait to try more of what they have to offer.

Their sauce tastes like it comes from a can. Service is slow. To top it off I watched them prepare all the food with their bare hands and no gloves. I like the location though.

This used to be one of my most frequented lunch spots. You could get a huge slice for just $ 2. The pizza was usually loaded with tons of mozzarella, which I loved, and they always had cup char pepperoni slices available.
Well, over the last year, I NEVER see the cup char slices anymore, they are using far less cheese, and slices are now over $ 3. Needless to say, I now rarely come here for lunch.
Staff has always been super friendly!

Best pizza in Henrietta for sure. The crust is not too thin but not too thick, just right. The sauce is flavorful and robust, full of flavor. They use a lot of cheese and toppings on the pizza which I love. They have the smaller sized, thick-​cut «cup» pepperonis is you ask for them — they are delicious!

Ordered pizza and wings from here last night. Placed the order at 4:00pm for a 6:15pm pickup time. I think they started cooking our pizza right at 4:00pm…
We picked up the pizza and wings and the pizza had been sitting on a cold, metal counter. Must have been there a while because the bottom of the box was barely warm. Needless to say, our pizza was not fresh or hot and reheating on the entire pizza was required! When the pizza had originally been cooked, they did the crust right! Crunchy but not too hard, cooked all the way through. Again, because the pizza was pretty cool when we picked it up, the toppings were no longer fresh and all flavor was changed. Expectations had been for a hot pizza right from the oven, within a few minutes of pickup time. Our expectations were not met.
Ordered 2 types of wings — hot and mild — and asked for extra celery. They do NOT have celery! Who doesn’t have celery when they order wings?! The wings were at least hot when we picked them up. Opened the box and found they had been cooked much too long. Both sets of wings appeared as if they had been left in the fryer too long. There was no sauce left on them whatsoever and the only juice in the box was grease from the wings. I’m not a fan of very saucy wings so no big deal with that but if you’re going to grill, cook or over-​fry, make sure your wings have some meat on them. None of that either. The seasoning on the hot wing was delicious and the temperature was right but no real meat on the wing and fried to a crunchy crisp.
The only reason I’m giving this 2 stars is because the seasoning on the hot wing was tasty and the crust of the pizza was cooked just right. Otherwise we were totally disappointed with our entire meal.

I like the sauce nice tomato kick, thick and well seasoned. Loads of toppings, take a peek at the pic. We ordered the «cup pepperoni» the smaller, spicier, roll up kind, the mushrooms were fresh and the onions sweet and tender. The only complaint would be the dough was a little under cooked, gooey under the sauce.
