McDonald’s

This is the worst McDonald’s and should be shut down! I’ve been given the wrong food in the past, been given raw chicken in a McWrap, have waited up tp 15 minutes in drive thru and this morning found eggshell in my egg McMuffin. Disgusting! Shut this location down. It’s ghetto operated and gross!

This McDonald’s location is still a place I recommend NOT for anyone who is in a hurry to order a take out. How some of the employees seem not knowing how to treat customers or do the ethical work properly. How their free WIFI network is too poorly to use.
Since February 2013, I’ve gone to this Lyell Avenue McDonald’s place almost often during the morning hour before heading out to work. But now that change, I no longer stop here as often I used to. Because more than three times, my coffee was not made right. One time I order a mocha with peppermint coffee, this mocha peppermint coffee was really bad after sipping it to discover the peppermint flavor was way too much,
Not only problem with order a coffee, I order a take out order of two McMuffin Egg sandwich along with one large coffee. Whether the reason of their excuse is, I waited too long for my take out order. Often time it more than FIVE minutes? I remember one time it was like almost 10 minutes. That’s one time I did end up walk out without a meal I paid for. The worse part is when the breakfast sandwich came out not good. The muffin sometimes were not toast enough.
About their WIFI here, I noticed that their WIFI is really slow after I have come here with my laptop second time to chill out here during my day off. For whatever reason, it’s worse than other McDonald’s location. I test their network speed here and discovered that their download speed was at 0.33 mbps and upload is 0.27 mbps. The network service they used is AT&T.
