Terrible service, plagued by the attendants saying Ha? to all of my requests. The tables were dirty, there were no cups for the ketchup, diners were using soda cup lids. Worker wearing pants WAY below his waist. People should stick to uniform rules and wear their own clothes w/o McDonalds logo anyway they want when not at work. While at work a minimum of hygiene is expected. Shame on you McDonald for permitting this.

This McDonalds is close to my house, so it tends to be the place we go on nights when we get home late and haven’t eaten dinner yet. Unfortunately, this location tends to be very inconsistent at night – slow, inaccurate, and not always friendly. Tonight I hit the drive thru around 9:30 pm. I waited at the speaker for quite a while before I was acknowledged. I placed my order for two value meals. I wasn’t asked what size I wanted and nothing came up on the screen while I ordered, which I thought was odd, but the order taker read my order back correctly, so I didn’t worry about it. Drove to the first window and paid in cash. The cashier didn’t have enough ones to make my change, so I had to wait a couple minutes for a manager to get her more – no biggie. Drove to the second window and sat for a good three minutes before I saw a single person working inside the restaurant. Finally someone brought out my food, gave it to me, and then proceeded to fill my sodas. It wasn’t until I got home that I noticed two issues with my orders. First, as I caught a glimpse of the porch light through my soda cups, I noticed they were only two-thirds full! The girl that filled them didn’t bother to top them off after the fizz had gone down. When I got inside, and opened the bags, the fries looked rather large. Come to find out, I was charged for two large value meals, even though I never specified a size. I know the fast food industry tends to incentivize up-selling. I suspect that my order taker wanted to reach her quota and sent my order to the screen in the other lane, which was closed off, so that I wouldn’t see her sneak it in. Deplorable!

What can I say? It’s McDonalds. We are generally here once a week, before music lessons. It’s generally clean and orders are accurate. If you go during peak times, it can take a little while to get your order. And if you place a large order, always double check it!

So it’s the 17th of July I pulled in for a frozen lemonade and was told they had been discontinued, huh, Sounds like Wal Mart is starting to sell school clothes. My question is what happened to August?

Watch your receipt when you buy breakfast here. I ordered an Egg McMuffin meal, and when I was asked what I wanted to drink, I said, «Coffee, three creams». Noticed there was a 30 cent«drink upcharge» fee. I asked the lady at the window why, she said, «When you ask for a large coffee, we charge you more because it comes with a small». I told her, I asked for«Coffee…» not a large coffee. Just the coffee that comes with the meal. She said, «Oh…», to which I told her, «I’ll remember that next time, you will NOT upgrade me, and charge for it when I don’t ask for it.» Lesson learned.
