I have been a loyal customer here for several years. I called yesterday to make an appointment and it appeared they were busy as they kept trying to have me come in later. I explained I couldn’t make it later and I would just go somewhere else and I understood. She then said no come in at the time I requested. So I showed up at 1045am, had to wait, at 1115, two other women came in and waited. At 1120 both of those women got helped as I sat there. I asked the owner what was going on. He proceeded to yell at his staff and said they overbooked. It was a cluster. He wanted me to wait some more and I explained I would be taking my business elsewhere.
