Look Ah Hookah

Staff is rude if they don’t know the question they told my boyfriend to google it. Overpriced was able to get the same awesome Vape set up down the road for a little over 40 dollars less. Don’t waste your time this place has fallen from what it once was and become super sketchy

The staff is rude and ignores you unless you directly speak to them, and even then they wouldn’t know courtesy if it smacked them in their smug, stoned faces. I gave them a shot, being the only place open all night to get e-​liquid. I asked about a menu, was told «it’s over there somewhere». No chance in hell I will ever go there again. Apparently organizing the bongs is more important than helping a paying customer. The vape shop on ridge road in Greece got my $ 50 the next day.

When I first came here two years ago, I thought it was SKETCHY because you walk into what looks like a store and the lounge is behind some curtains in the back… but I told myself: wait, come on, this isn’t sketchy for you, you go to hookah bars in Astoria all the time!
Anyway, the staff was really friendly, the hookah is really cheap, they have an oxygen bar (which I agree didn’t do anything for me). It’s a good place to go to catch up with friends. I’ve been here a couple of times since I go to school not so far away. From my understanding there’s not another place like it around the Rochester area.
The last time I went for my birthday, they had bubbles on the table, which was actually a BLAST with my friends.
Great place to go once and a while, you can actually breathe in here; the place isn’t trapped with smoke.

It’s great to get out of work when you work in a restaurant, you know all about how crucial service is. sadly when my girlfriend and me walked in we did not feel «hooked» up. No acknowledgement from the one guy working seemed normal for this place. We don’t except to be instantly served but a simple I’ll be right there is great especially when the only other customer is one lady who can’t decide which kind of pipe she wants to toke with. After what felt like 15 mins of idle standing we left for 420 emporium and got instant service. Sorry look a hookah I’ll look ah somewhere else.
