Larson Siding and Windows

My windows and doors are awesome, love the triple pane glass! Highly recommend this company. Rene was an awesome salesman, no pressure and very knowledgeable. Will buy again when I need my siding done.

I had my last house sided and all new windows and doors put in. Cost A LOT of money. We sold that beautiful house and bought a new house and when we bought it we knew the windows were the same we had put in our old house, so we thought knowing Larson was the seller of them would stand by their product. The first 2 times within a yr of living there we didn’t have any problems with Larson coming out and replacing argon issue warranteed windows. The 3^rd time they act like they have no clue who we were. They finally sent someone out who was a very nice man and he took all the measurements and was going to order the replacements that are still under warranty. Over a month later, I still have no windows and Larson doesn’t know anything from the company. I would think a company that we have spent a lot of money at would do a little better with their customer service. I only give them the 1 star because my old house turned out beautiful, but this house has been a nightmare with windows.
