Great food. This is a fun little place, nicely decorated and with pleasant, attentive wait staff. The tacos were excellent!

Good steak burrito, but priced a bit high for the size. Very nice wait staff. Green salsa was amazing. Would give this location 5 if the pricing or portion size were better matched, just too small for what I paid ($ 13.00 for a burrito and cheese quesadilla).
If this is owned by the La Perla Poblana people, that is a shame. The other location near downtown is crap.

Great service. Went on a Tuesday and got their special which was corn tortilla tacos. Delish meal and go out for under $ 20 for me and my boyfriend. Highly recommend the chicken tacos, the hot green salsa, and the guacamole. Simple food done well!

This place is awesome! Dont let the exterior fool you, its authentic, priced right, and better than 85% of the establishments in the twin cities. The staff is warm and friendly, the food is spicy, and the serving size isn’t the kind that makes you feel bloated. They even have a drive up window for those of you who rather call ahead and then dine at home. Love it!

Great, fresh food. Warm, friendly service. Very reasonable pricing. What more could you ask? This is their second location, they still have the one Barlow Center with the grocery store. However, they have a liquor license here and dinner goes great with a Sol!

Best Mexican food I’ve had in a long time. The service was fantastic and the owner was working the front desk and to say he was very inviting would be an understatement. This restaurant deserves your business and I will definitely be eating here again.

Food is not fresh. Expensive tiny servings. Worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time. Save your money. Go to Chipotle.

The best and most authentic Mexican cuisine in this city. Stop in Friday or Saturday for amazing tamales. Seriously. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

Big fan! This is a combo market and restaurant, which I understand a lot of people don’t like, but I love it. I can come here, grab a quick bite by myself or with my wife, and be on my way. The owner/​chef is super nice and the food is ranges from good to excellent depending on what you get. Rice and salsa are perfect. My personal favorites would be a tie between tacos and enchilada’s. I always eat far more than I should here, but that’s just another reason to go for a run on one of the beautiful trails in the area… after the food digests of course.
I shall return.

This is the most delicious Mexican food in Rochester! Finding such tasty authentic Mexican food was a wonderful surprise for us California natives. The manager who served us was incredibly friendly and funny. They also have vegetarian and gluten free options for nearly every dish. This will definitely become a regular stop for us.

Would be a 5 except for the cost. It’s a legit tacos place. I had the Habanero steak tacos and they were epic. Everything tasted fresh. Quality salsa. The chips were not salty like so many out there.
Side plates were a thin cheap styrofoam.
Wait staff was slow even though the place was slow.
Fantastic, but check yourself on those prices. That’s a little whack. I’ll be coming back but will limit to when only I pick up food, which again, was fantastic. They have a drive through which I will use.
Best Mexican in Roch.

This is my favorite place for mexican in Rochester. Fresh and oh so good. I usually get the Carne Asada with Tamales, and its always A+. The taco pasture
is fire as well. Chips and salsa is to die for.

It was off to a bumpy start when they only had one torta bun, and no Anaheim peppers.
However, the torta bread was fantastic and massive. The flavors were exciting and vibrant, but everything was a little greasy. The only thing I didn’t like was their complimentary salsa. But I’ve never been one to complain about free food. I’d go there again, for sure.

Coming from San Francisco, I must admit this was one of the best authentic Mexican restaurants in this City. They staff is friendly, the spices they have on their food are extremely good, and they have a drive through window! Food comes out hot and in large proportions, this is a must place to stop by.
