Talk about a rip off about 4 years ago, i had these people install services, the installers smelled like weed. Then reception didn’t work and tv all messed up. I cancelled within 24 hours and said i would not be charged. They charged my card without asking and wrote i complaint to the BBB. They said ‘you are lucky we didn’t charge you more than $ 175 for canceling’ i am like excuse me? I changed my cc #‘s and they are a freaken joke, scam artists and hope they go out of business, KARMA is a B****. remember that folks. Direct TV was more understanding for this and KR works for them, unreal! I would highly recommend avoiding this!
