This is the biggest rip-​off place I have encountered in my 70+ years. they did not pay us for all the items we sent and had one thing on our list (that was very cheap) that wasn’t even ours. Big talk — no action!!!

I am really not very happy with the way they are operating their online portion of the auctions. There have been too many instances when I’ve been in a bidding war only to find out I am bidding against the owner /​consignor /​or house. They could have just bumped up the starting bid.
