Read all the reviews and thought what a great service for a fair price. Got an initial text from the service tech and then nothing for at least 35 minutes. After a few questions from the tech there was another 20 minute delay. Again the tech got back to me and asked model number. After a few other questions the tech came back with a price nearly 50% more than all the reviews I read and said he would pick up the phone and return it in the morning. Concierge service??? I don’t think so. I could go to the Apple Store and spend 50% less and have my phone ready for me in 30 minutes. Sounds like a great service maybe I was just the one who got the bad tech.
