This was our first time in the store. They may offer a complimentary cookie & drink but customer service is below POOR ! Interested in purchasing a few wall hangings $ 200 to $ 300 each. I asked for assistance in getting it to check out & was told no. There were many employees there & only one other couple shopping. I bought 4 pillows for my couch, which the guy ringing them up threw them in the floor & put them in a bag w/​large hole in it. One pillow fell out on way to car, since I wasn’t feeling well I didn’t bother to take them back in & complain. I will never be back to this store.

The furniture and décor here are very nice — some of the best in town. Unfortunately, this positive point is completely negated by the terrible delivery system/​service and the expensive prices. I received a bedroom suite as a gift and had an extraordinary time trying to get it delivered. Or finding someone at the store that could help me or seemed to care.
They call you with an automated message telling you the time window that was chosen for you. You can request a window, but in my experience, this is rarely correlated to the window that is chosen for you. Then you call them back and tell them that window does not work. And they tell you to pick another day but they cannot guarantee you a certain window for delivery. Repeat ad nauseum…
It took about 2.5 months for me to get my furniture. If you have a job and don’t have someone at your house 24/​7, it can be extremely difficult to actually get this system to work.

Alright, so I was bored one day this past weekend and decided I was going to drive around and check out shopping areas I had yet to explore. (I am new to Rochester) So, I stopped inside this store and did walk throughout it… it is huge — 3 stories! While I did find quite a few items I really liked, they were mostly out of my price range. However, there were some very reasonably priced options as well! I did not find any of what I was looking for, but then again I am incredibly picky when it comes to furniture. :-) One major plus? Free cookies! And pop. Although, you have to sit in this small little area to eat/​drink — it is a nice touch. If you are out and about looking for furniture it is a good place to stop and check out.
