I reached out to this company on last week for custom t-​shirts for an upcoming relay race. I completed the «Magic Quote Form,» which promises a quote within 1 business day and I have heard zip. Zilch. Nada. I sent a follow-​up e-​mail. Still nothing.
So, I’m going with a different company. I’m disappointed that I won’t be able to do business with a local company. But if you want me to do business, you gotta get back to me. Simple as that.

I’ve been ordering custom jackets for an event I run from HTB for three years and am always happy with the service, price, and quality I receive.
They have slogans such as, «Fiercely independent screen printers,» «A fist in the face of the industry,» and «Kicking ass in Rochester, NY since 2002» which fill me with confidence and chuckles.
Consider HTB for your next screen printing needs. They do more than clothing, too. Banners, posters, stickers, or as an employee told me, «anything you need to print, come to us.»
