Heaven On Earth

Our experience with Heaven on earth was more hell than heaven. We were definitely duped into believing that we were receiving a luxury apartment in Paris, France. We were asked to pay in full and in advance, which was a huge mistake. The apartment, while in a nice location, was dirty, lacked the proper plumbing for hot showers and didn’t come stocked with towels, soap or any other household necessities. When questioned about this, we were asked if we don’t always bring these items when staying in a friends home… To answer the question, «NO». Also, when paying a premium price for a luxury apartment, I expect that it will be fully stocked with basic necessities. I suggest skipping this company, and find a nice hotel. This is what we had to do. We lost a day of vacation dealing with this situation, and quite a bit of money.
