Hanagenesis Laser Spa

Experienced my first laser treatment today (for back and chest). Lorraine was very nice and accommodating. She went through everything and took time to explain the science around the procedure. Great customer service. I have already booked my second appointment. I thought it might hurt, but turned out somewhat relaxing. Could be a 5-​start rating, but will wait for results over the next few months. For overall experience and service, I give her 5 stars.

I started visiting Lorraine at Hana Genesis because let’s face it, I got the Italian side’s genes. I didn’t want any one to say that they «mustache me a question», so I got a groupon and decided to check the place out for myself.
Costs vary on the area that you are going to have lasered. If you compare prices and get consultations at other laser spas, I think you will find Lorraine’s prices very reasonable. After my Groupon ran out, she continued to honor the price that I paid for additional sessions.
The treatments are working slowly but surely, and not everyone has the same results. I only took off a star because the procedure isn’t always comfortable, but Lorraine does a great job with making it a seamless experience.
I also have to say that I am happy with how easy going of a person Lorraine is. I was sick and didn’t want to irritate the skin under my nose with the lasers, because it was already dried out. She was really great about being understanding and rescheduling me for a later date.
All of my appointments have run on time, and normally only last 15 minutes.
