So upset with the level of service we have received here. I had a bad experience 2 months ago at this location. The stylist constantly hammered me that my scalp is dry. I know it is, I wear a hat all day for work. I know it’s an issue. But to practically harass me into buying shampoo product was just pushy. I decided to give it one more shot. My husband and I came in last week for haircuts. The stylist he had told him he had dry scalp and spent the entire appointment trying to sell him products and scold him for whatever products he was already using. Every time he comes in for a hair cut, he comes home with it uneven and with pieces at the original length. My stylist immediately. began asking me what products I use. I told her I used a shampoo I got from that location. She literally huffed and said «Well its not working, you have dry scalp all over». For the ENTIRE appointment she practically insulted my hair. And as she cut into different areas would go «Ugh its even worse over here!». I understand I have dry scalp, but to sit in a chair and be insulted for my entire appointment was just humiliating. Then the stylist offered a oil treatment on my roots. She barely even explained what it was and just started applying it. I never even said yes. On top of all that, she got it all over my face and in my eyes because she didn’t pay attention. When it was stinging and I said it was in my eyes, she simply dropped a towel in my lap and continued. Never even apologized. At the end she asked if I wanted it blow dried. I said yes and she replies «It’s 20 extra, I doubt you want that» and just walks away and starts ringing up my bill. Never blow dried it. I really wanted to give this place a second chance but I am not coming back now.

My husband and 5 yr old went this past Sunday for haircuts. My poor sons hair was so bad I almost cried. nothing was even, it was choppy and they left him with bald looking spots though the top and entire back of his head. I took him back Monday after I got done working and another lady there did fix it. Of course it had to be cut WAY shorter than we like but with the hack job done we didn’t have a choice. Like I said another lady did fix his hair but at no time was I offered an apology or refund. The girl that did this should not have a license to cut hair!!! We will never ever go back their! Anyone who lets someone walk out looking the way my son did should not have a job in this field. The least they could have done was apologize and offer my money back. So disgusted with this place!

They refunded me by mail.
