Hairzoo

I had the worst experience EVER. I went in for a wash, cut, and blow out. Brianna washed my hair and never washed the back of the neck or the top of my head towards the forehead. Then when she cut my hair I told her to take an inch off and then layer it. She trimmed the ends barely and never layered anything. Then went she did the blow out she ripped out more hair then anything, scratched up my forehead with the brush leaving marks and when done I had no volume which is not a blow out. I told her to style it I wanted it curled/​bumped under and my hair was turned every which was but under and was frizzier then when I get out of the shower. I looked a mess. I told her that my hair was a mess and she told me she just did what I told her to do. I explained the issues and she did not care. All the while the 20 year old manager was at the chair next to me listening and doing nothing about it. I never got a goodbye or anything. I called headquarters and they were apauled. So they told me to come in right away. The noticed all the scratched on my forehead and the way they explained my hair was a mess. They fixed me up but I had to go to another salon after a horrific experience at the park ave location with the manager right there. Do not go to the park ave location.

If you go here ask for Mel! I always let her do whatever she wants with my hair and it always comes out great! Also she’s hilarious and awesome.

This place reeks of unprofessionalism. I went in for a cut and the hairdresser admitted this was her first day working at the store. Ended up with a very poorly cut and uneven hair cut. The manager had to fix it and even she rushed it and didn’t know how to buzz my thicker hair. I would not recommend the staff there.

I never knew what to think about Hairzoo, but I ended up with a great haircut. They’re definitely a step up from SuperCuts, and I think they’re even cheaper.
I showed a few pictures of what I wanted, and the stylist did a great job. Perfect fading, and wasn’t afraid to do exactly what I asked for — I hate when I go somewhere and they give me a less drastic, more «conservative» cut than I asked for. She went all the way down to the skin in spots which is exactly what I wanted. No waiting either!

Went in for a cut and dye and left Unhappy. My cut is completely and visibly uneven. It was cut shorter than I wanted. I asked for a bright red color underneath and got a muted burgundy instead. Won’t go back.

My son and I go and see Jess, or JB as everyone else calls her. She’s absolutely the best around. She’s very friendly and professional. I wouldn’t go an see anyone else. She makes my head and hair feel marvelous!

I love this location! Gary and the staff are great. Gary is very skilled and gives a sick fade with precision. Salon is very clean and well light. Everyone’s always in a good mood and the vibe is great. Music playing is always chill and upbeatX I always see people waiting for Gary. I make an appointment so I never have to wait! Gary is the go-​to guy in the area for the best haircut. I can’t praise him enough. Check this location out. You will be an instant fan and will be very pleased!
