Went on a date with my boyfriend to Glowgolf. We had a really good time. The music was really good and you get to play 54 holes!!! It is definitely worth the money! I saw it on Groupon for a lot cheaper I might purchase it from there next time. Our favorite was the Laser Maze! The tokens are a little pricey but it is worth it ! The workers were really nice and helpful. Overall it is a great indoor place to go to especially if you live in a place like Rochester!

It took me a lot to figure out how to review this place, but I really feel like two stars is the best I can give it. Last year, several of my friends and I were so enticed by the idea of Glowgolf that we held someone’s birthday party there. We were all so disappointed that I don’t think any of us will ever go back again. Getting our group the putters and the balls was no concern, but the big issue was with the setup of the mini golf holes, the broken ball-light up machines, the craftsmanship, and the ridiculous par on every one of the holes. Everything just came off as being really shoddy and poorly designed except for the paintings on the walls. None of the 54 holes were special or exciting in any way, and by the time we got down to the last 18 – 24, everyone just kind of said«screw it» and we split, because it was more of the same with very small differences here and there. It definitely looked like a side project someone thought of, but didn’t really deliver on. It’s a good concept for sure — I just wish it had been executed better. When you have expectations so high, you’re bound to be let down harshly.

Disappointing, took my daughter, one and done. The concept is great, glow in the dark golfing fun! Unfortunately not fun here. Each area looked like it was constructed and painted by an amateur. There were dividers that you can literally pick up and move. The cost was equivalent to any mini golf establishment but this has a long way to go before charging those prices. The music was extremely loud. The wall colors, flooring and fixtures were the same as when the space was the previous renters with the exception of some cardboard painted underwater sea animals that were hanging. Again great concept but execution is all wrong.

This was our first time at Glogolf. My daughter attended a birthday party here with many of her friends. The party lasted three hours snd they kept them busy the entire time. She enjoyed the glow in the dark mini golf and all of the other attractions. I think it is a great addition to the mall. In a city that is freezing cold and snowy for the majority of the year it is always a welcome treat to have a spot kids can go to be active.

I was really excited about Glowgolf — I bought a Groupon for it and went on a Sunday. It’s in the Greece-Ridge Mall, and it was pretty empty, which was good for me and my girlfriend because we didn’t have want to wait for people to finish their games before we could play. Glowgolf certainly is a good idea — glow in the dark mini golf — they have two courses and for the price of admission you can play both of them, and you can play one of them a second time. Problem is, we had no desire to. The holes were very unimaginative, there weren’t many cool obstacles or cleverly designed holes. This particular location, at least, doesn’t seem to know what it wants to be. The customers that were there were familes with their children — but the music being played was off of pandora and it was music with tons of profanity — not exactly a family friendly environment. End result, we got bored after one course and left to browse through the mall. Wouldn’t do it again — there are better mini golf places in the Rochester area for sure.
