I have never been to the Daisy Flour Mill, and was very much looking forward to our Easter Brunch here with family, since they only do special events there now. The brunch was buffet style, which worried me because the last holiday we spent somewhere with a buffet I got ill from. Not the case with the Daisy Flour Mill. The food was delicious, well worth the cost per person. Normally with a buffet, it’s not worth it for us vegetarians, but they had PLENTY for me to eat, and I took full advantage of the options! Everything seemed so fresh, homemade, and had a different spin on some classic buffet options. I had a fresh prepared omelet that was made to order, cheddar biscuits(I could have noshed on these all day), salad with all of the fixings, potatoes cooked to perfection, the list goes on. My brother who eats like no other was in heaven from the endless buffet options. The tables were timed to turnover perfectly, so no one was left waiting. The family that runs the catering at the Daisy Flour Mill were all working on Easter, as someone that comes from a family in the restaurant business I can certainly appreciate that, and they were so pleasant and helpful to their guests. The water and coffee at our table was refilled to no end, and we probably sat there for an hour and a half total. I look forward to other holidays we can spend at the Daisy Flour Mill, everyone was impressed and definitely left satisfied. It would be a very cool space to have a bridal or baby shower.
