EXPENSIVE!!! GO TO STAPLES!!! These guy have the audacity to charge me $ 1.32 each time they ran a hole punch. They also think paper is free. Why? I changed my print job from one sided to 2 sided. You would think since they are no longer using a consumable, that the price would go down, even a little. Nope. In other words, printing a 100 page single sided document will charge you the same as printing it on half the amount of paper.
I wanted to print 32 sets of a 64 page document, which double sided would be 32 pages long. Black and White, and 3 hole punched on the left side. They wanted to charge me $ 292.80!!! I called Staples. Same job, $ 160. This place is a joke. I will never use them again. I travel across the US doing seminars, and always use Kinkos. Never again.

Ever since the FedEx Kinkos in East Rochester lost its lease, this has been my go-​to destination for all of my FedEx Kinkos needs. Which is good, ‘cuz the best employees from the ER location wound up here & do a great job taking care of the needs of their customers.
I’ve take tons of packages here to be shipped & have always received top-​notch attention from the friendly folks who work here. I’ve also brought fliers here to be reproduced, and have had no complaints about the quality of the copies. None!

I showed up with an extremely odd printing request — business cards made from thick paperboard (leftover packaging material, essentially garbage). The fantastic lady who helped me (I forget her name) tried everything in her power to accommodate my project by offering alternatives but her superiors shot us down every time. I understand — everything we wanted to do would have potentially jammed their machines. She was sad that all she could do was send me along with paper bags to print on somewhere else.
Even though I didn’t actually print anything here, the first point of customer service was SO helpful and enthusiastic that I would come back here in a heartbeat with more conventional printing needs.
For shipping, I always use the United States Postal Service.
