I have been coming here for a short time however, I have had several repairs completed here. Their work is top notch and if something is not completed correctly the first time then they guarantee it and will repair it. I have only had this happen one time out of five different repairs.
Finally, their prices are at or near the lowest in Rochester, they do not charge for the minor things that other repair shops for example, when you have a light on your dash board, they will diagnosis for free.
The only thing that kept this from being five stars is that sometimes they are not on time in the morning when the shop is suppose to be open at 8am. As a result, I show up at 8:30am.
