Disappointing that in cleaning my tie they scorched the silk completely ruining it, hell I should have left the small spot — it was less noticeable. Zero quality control is clearly evident, because it is impossible to have not noticed this. IMO bad customer service to not tell me when I picked it up. I should not have had to pay for it and should have been advised through an apology, rather than finding out when I removed the plastic wrap. Did they think I would not notice? Honestly it is either massive incompetence or intentional damage. For further evidence of incompetence and lack of quality, you can check out the photo with the really really bad pressing on the collars. It is impossible to have paid attention to the task and thought this was correct– now they’ll have to be re-ironed to correct them — so why pay for a service that is so wrong? Don’t, because you would be wasting time and money. After dozens of visits, there has been too much bad work and damage to ever come back.
