Dison’s Cleaners & Launderers

I would never recommend anyone take their items to any Dison’s location in Rochester, MN. I had an absolutely horrific experience dealing with this company. I took a pair of shoes to be cleaned and the shoes were dyed a completely different color. I asked to be reimbursed for the cost of the shoes and after 8 months of negotiation and waiting, they finally won and I gave up trying to get any compensation for the ruined shoes. I was told many times they would get back to me and after weeks of waiting, I would call back to find out nothing had been done. I am disappointed in the business and am appalled this is the way they treat their customers. Please save yourself the hassle and NEVER take your business to this company!!!

$ 7.50 for a pair of pants? Are you kidding me? In Rochester? That’s double of the price of what I paid in downtown Chicago. No wonder when I dropped it off and asked the price estimate the kid went «uhhh it’ll be 15% off,» and didnt quote numbers. Looks like this business likes to take full advantage of a large percentage of this towns population work uniform requirement & thereby cleaning needs and run with it.
