Commission Express of Western New York

DO NOT USE this company! I needed an advance to stay afloat between closings and decided to use Commission Express. The deal that I had fell through and so I was asked to replace it with another property. When I didn’t have another property right away to replace it with, they threatened to send me to collections and then they threatened to file a COMPLAINT W/​THE REAL ESTATE COMMISSION against me! I’ve been selling real estate for 8 years and have never, not once, had a complaint filed against me. The real estate commission records ALL complaints, legit or not, so it doesn’t matter that it’s frivalous, it’s publicly recorded. Furthermore, the real estate commission is typically for ethical violations, not unpaid debts or matters concernings unpaid business loans. The idea that a business would use this as leverage to intimidate and threaten me is so unbelievably unprofessional, I was SHOCKED when he threatened me with this. Do not use this company. Maybe you won’t have a bad experience, but why support a company who is willing to play this dirty? I researched a little more and discovered Three Click Advance who I have had nothing but great experiences with. I think that they charge more, although I’m not totally sure, but at least I know my real estate repuration is safe with these guys.

Commission Express of Western NY has made my life as real estate agent so much easier. The real estate market experiences many ups and downs in a year. Countless times I’ve relied on Jason’s service to help smooth out the low months that you’ll inevitably experience in this business. I wish every business was as prompt, and professional Jason’s.

To say use caution is an understatement. They provide agents with an advance on contracts that are set to close within a period of time. With that being said, any Realtor knows nothing is certain in the world of real estate. Even with the best of efforts, everyone has had that one deal that was a nightmare. A deal like others was set and a closing date set, wanting an advance and agent went through Commission Express, as luck would have it… the deal went under as of no fault of the agents and being responsible the agent immediately contacted Jason Musinger the rep they were dealing with to let them know what had happened and to setup a payment arrangement. Mr. Musinger called the agent and threatened fraud, contacting the Department of State, and third party collections. Was all this truly necessary and warranted? The agent did everything right, was in communication with the rep as soon as they had gotten word from the attorney. The attorney could verify it being no fault of the agent whatsoever. How sure of every deal you have, that nothing can unknowingly happen to fall apart? When using a service like this, is it OK for them to use scare tactics, serious threats, and the word fraud? A Realtors reputation is everything, one word like that could ruin someones hard earned career. I’m appalled at the Mafia like way this was handled and will advise my own agents and others to proceed with much caution. 3-​Click Advance is far superior and I highly recommend using their services instead.
