Made my way to Comfort Diner this morning. The place was full when I arrived so i sat at the counter… the gentleman waiting on the tables was very nice, just seemed out of his element… as if he was helping out today. I was disappointed that they were out of homemade corned beef hash… was really looking forward to this. It’s the main reason I went there.
I had the eggs florentine… their version is eggs benedict with spinach. Very thick slices of ham… delicious Hollandaise made from scratch… nice twist.
Food was excellent… I’ll be back to try the corned beef hash
