Charter is the worst. Although I always pay my bill on time, they don’t provide reliable service, and when I ask for a refund/credit to cover the time my TV and internet are«down», I am told yes, I will get a credit, but it never happens. There are times when we have no TV/internet for days. Some of the service people are helpful and some don’t seem to know the job at all. And some have the worst BO! Would it be fair to say Charter stinks?

Since writing the first review, our internet has been down three more times. Also, despite asking them numerous times not to call me with solicitations, I have 7 of their numbers programmed into my phone so that I can ignore them when they call(which can be as much as 3 – 4 times in a bad week).

I’ve been using Charter for years, I have to say its kind of a love/hate relationship. They do have the fastest internet I believe, I now have the 30GB service and it really flies. As for the TV, for the most part its fine, the one thing I don’t care for is their«bundling» packages, it would be nice to just order ala carte for the services you actually use and not have to pay for added channels.
