If you are odering a pizza pie this is the place to go. I never had their slices. My reviews is on a large pepperoni pizza. They make the best pizza pie in Rochester NY. Crust, cheese, sauce, topppings are all very flavorful and tasty. Best pizza in town.

I’ve always loved Carbone’s, especially their wings & steak sub’s. I use to live in the area 3 years ago so that was the last time I had them until today. I ordered a steak sub & fries. Half my fries were burnt & my sub was soggy. It felt like I was eating something re-​heated from the microwave. I was impressed & I was hurt because I’ve been craiving it for so long. I’m hoping it was an off day or something.

This is my favorite pizza shop. I have been eating here since I was a kid. The wings rock too. Tuesday night is large pizza and Pepperoni special. I can’t ever come here and not just get pizza or just wings. Their blue cheese is the best in town too.

Carbones pizza always prepares a fresh, well seasoned, delicious pizza. They frequently under quote the estimated time that your order will be ready however, have made mistakes on my order (forgot the extra blue cheese I ordered today) and do not deliver.

Never had a bad experience with Carbone’s. Best pizza in the county! Maybe because they use sliced mozzarella instead of shredded! Wings are always cooked to perfection.

Carbones has been consistently solid for many years now.
They never screw up orders, and their white pizza is phenomenal. I’ll also add that their wings are probably the best in Greece, as well as their blue cheese!
The only drawback is that they don’t deliver.

Great pizza and wings. The pizza is one of the best places to get pizza from in Greece. The chicken wings are great as well, the medium sauce has just the right amount of heat to it.

I grew up eating Carbone’s pizza and wings, and I’ll admit, I was spoiled wing-​wise. It’s very hard to find decent wings in Brooklyn, so it was nice to have some when I was in Rochester the other week. Pizza is still solid, especially for Upstate NY. Ask for the wings to be extra crispy!

Carbones is the best pizza hands down! Born and raised in Rochester this place is where me and my family have gone for years!!! We get the sheet pizza special with wings on everyone’s birthday and for big games like Super Bowl. The sheet pizza is something you will only find in Rochester.
I’ve been in NYC for the last 9 yrs and have searched for a place like Carbones… no luck whatsoever so every time I’m back in Rochester for the weekend… Sundays is Carbones night!

Had a horrible experience with the subs here. To begin we placed our order with an employee eating on the phone. The Burger sub meat is literally a piece of cardboard. It was the worst sub i’ve ever seen. Inedilble. The Royal «hot» sub comes with cold cappicola. The subs seem tiny-​not 12″. The chicken finger sub was good but not good enough to make us ignore everything else. We won’t be going back. I find it strange that a franchised pizza/​sub restaurant does not offer the same quality at each location. We have had good food from Alden location.
