I had gone here for a few years when I had them make a teeth guard to protect my teeth from grinding at night. Each time they tried it was too painful to wear for more than a couple of minutes because it didn’t fit properly. They treated me as if it was my fault and were rude, unprofessional and unaccommodating. It was a bad experience through and through.
I now go elsewhere with my three children and have been very happy with the services and experience. But I definitely wouldn’t recommend Calcagno to anyone.

I went to Dr. Calcagno last week for a routine cleaning after moving to Rochester. We were recommended to this office by a friend.
I was impressed at how they run their office. It seems that everything has been rethought to provide a more friendly experience. I felt like more of a «guest» and less of a «patient». They also use lots of technology in their service, which is very cool. Little things like seeing what the dentist sees with a special camera really showed me what they were talking about during the appointment.
Glad I tried them. I’ll continue to go there for future appointments.

Dr. Calcagno in Rochester, MN is one of the best dentists I’ve ever been to. She is a true professional and I would highly recommend her. I found Dr. Calcagno right here on Unilocal and decided to contact her because of the rave reviews other Unilocalers had posted. The reviews lived up to their hype, because Dr. Calcagno and her team is awesome!
I was visiting Rochester from Los Angeles and the bonding of my front tooth chipped off. She got me within a few days, and my front tooth looks even better than it did when it was first bonded. Her staff was so kind and caring. Her office was clean, very nice and she has TV on her ceilings that you can watch as you’re having your teeth done.
I would highly recommend Calcagno Dentistry if you live in Rochester, MN or if you are just visiting. It’s very close to the Mayo Clinic.

Drs. Calcagno and Heimer are absolutely top notch. I moved to Rochester about a year and a half ago and was given a referral by a friend. I’ve had nothing but a fabulous experience. The staff is warm and caring. They have state of the art equipment and can even make a crown on site! They show you everything that is going on in your mouth with a camera and make the whole experience easy and relaxing. I couldn’t give them a higher score. So glad to have a great dentist in town!

I have been coming to Dr. Calcagno for years. She is friendly, and a true professional when it comes to teeth. Fast referral for a root canal, and speedy placement of the resulting crown were the most recent services I have needed. The hygienists are efficient and extremely capable & the front office staff very nice and patient. I highly recommend Dr. Calcagno!
