I rented a car from the airport about a week ago.
Rochester had a bad snowstorm… nearly blizzard conditions.
My Ford Fiesta had badly worn tires — certainly not for snow — and the windshield wiper fluid lines were frozen.
A very dangerous and unprofessional way to do business!
The manager said he would take the car out of service. Let’s hope so!!! Good to check the car out before getting on the road.
