New to Rochester, I found Brian through a friend and was so grateful for his professionalism, expertise, and kindness.
He took the time to explain each step going into the work and why he was doing it. While working on the floor, he and his crew were efficient, fast, and very respectful around me while I was home. Towards the end of the installation he instructed me on how to clean and maintain the floors and what changes to expect in the first few weeks of the new floor.
I highly recommend Brian’s work if youre looking for a new floor in Rochester!
