Brauer Roofing

To prepare our home for sale in June 2014, I called Jeff Brauer for a new roof. He stopped by the same day, gave me some prices and some color choices. One of the best ideas I have ever seen is he gives you lists of houses they’ve roofed with each of the color choices. I drove around and looked at the houses. By doing this you can find houses with your siding color, and even in a similar size and style, to get a good idea of how your roof color choice will look on your house. Jeff sent the crew out promptly. They needed to remove the old layers before putting on the new. They did it all in one full day of work. This was a 2000 sq foot two-​story with an attached two car garage! The work crew was very professional and organized. At the end they cleaned up thoroughly. I walked around and double checked and found nothing. You can’t go wrong with Brauer Roofing.

When my rental property in Rochester needed a new roof, I was nervous to coordinate everything via phone, but it went very smoothly! Jeff gave me an estimate within two days, talked over the options in a very clear way, got my house on his crew’s schedule within 2 weeks, and did a great job.
