We have been to Bounce It Out many times and had a party here. It’s definitely better if you go on a weekday when school is in session or early on a weekend. As it can get crowded and hectic. Make sure you have socks! No shoes allowed, including adults. Instead of a weight limit, they have an age limit of 10 years old. I’d prefer a weight limit instead. They say no outside food. Their food prices are typical for this kind of thing. Go between meals to save yourself some cash.

Love, love, love it here! My kids are currently 4, 2, and 0 and I foresee many trips to bounce-it-out in our future. The environment is wonderful. You can let your kids go, pretty much without worry. You’re all marked with the same number wrist band and they can’t leave without you. I’ve never been worried that my kids were going to be trampled. I stick closer to my 2 year old, but that is because he is clingy to me. My 4 year old could care less and is usually at the top of their climbing thing before we can get settled. However, the location is small enough that I can see him in the climbing gym up front while watching my younger son in the bounce houses in the back. Yes, everyone must wear socks and no shoes. I don’t find this to be a big deal. We had my son’s 4th birthday party there. They took care of everything! They checked everyone in. As the family’s got there, I told the kids where the others were playing. The kids got to play and then we went for pizza. The staff had the room set up, served pizza, drinks, cake, etc. Plus, they bagged up all the presents so they were ready to go for us when we left. I think the pricing is good, considering it’s an unlimited time you can play. We ate last time we were there and I wouldn’t recommend the personal pizzas. Probably would have been better for me to just order a whole pizza. I probably spent more on food than on admission, but you don’t have to schedule a meal there! I highly recommend this place for people looking to get some of their kid’s energy out!

3/22/14-I wasn’t impressed. Went here for a birthday party and it was chaos. No orginization. Basically you check in have no idea where any of the kids are from the party and you just meet up at a certain time in a certain room to eat. My son who is 3 got trampled by big kids. The workers outside of the bounce house entrances barely pay attention. Parents were just sitting in the food court looking like they regretted ever having children while their kids run wild. No way… no way would l let my 3 almost 4 yr old just go at it in there. I’d find him squished to death. There were 3 parties going on at once plus kids who just came to play for the day. To me they are all about making money. There should be sections for age groups like 3 – 7 and 7-up. There was like 1 bounce house for 3-under(which was lame) Kids for parties wear colored wrist bands. Who the heck is gonna notice wrist bands? There should be colored coded t-shirts for parties. Come on people if your gonna do a childrens place… do it right! I’m gonna check them out again on a non-busy day and see how it goes. Ps. Like Denise said. It’s better not to bring anything in because there is only like 15 locked lockers. Everyone else must just hang there jackets up in a public area and put shoes in a cubby where anyone could basically walk out with them. No shoes for anyone… but there’s something about walking in a restroom with no shoes on that makes me frown. Update: 3÷24÷14 …Went at 11:30am and there was barely anyone there which was 100 times better than my previous experience. Staff which was a manager and check-in girl were very nice. You get a free meal for a your kiddo as well. I will say 4 stars for when there is barely anyone there. I still am keeping my original stars for how ridiculous un-organized the weekend party was and that there should be certain sections for certain ages.

I’m a fan for my kids… not for my ear drums. It is not too bad on the pocket book if you plan your visit right. The kids LOVE it here. My kids are just reacing the cut off for the age limit. But I honestly believe they would go through the teen years if Bounce It Out would let them. It’s very safe– there is family check in with wrist bands that have to match kids to parents… tons of staff on the floor… If your kids have energy to burn off and it is not a nice enough day to send them outside… THIS is a fabulous place to take them for sure-BRING A BOOK– or an iPad… or something because you will need to kill time.

This is a great place for kids to burn energy. Bring socks for the kids. And quarters for the lockers if you don’t want to haul your purse around. We came with a 3 and 4 yr old. It wasn’t very busy so we could often find a slide without anyone on it. The big kids did overpower the little ones, so we just tried to keep moving. The place was clean and the staff was nice. There was a younger guy working and he rescued our little ones a few times… sliding down the slide with them, getting them over the climbing wall and also from the jungle gym. We had a great time!

Fun place for OLDER kids as I have seen many little ones absolutely trampled by the free-for-all that goes on in this place! I would recommend 7⁄8 and up. The supervisors are pretty checked out so please don’t depend on them to keep track of your kids or even intervene in the pushing, shoving, and roughhousing that is commonplace. No shoes allowed(including adults) and no place to keep your valuables safe so they are best locked in the car. Keep in mind it’s not the cleanest place so pack your hand sanitizer and if you value your hearing, earplugs.

Best of the bounce houses. Brighter, better staffed, better food, safer for parents(no playground balls being thrown around), bigger equipment.

Hey families! Looking for something fun to do? Check out Bounce it Out in Pittsford. I went for a party for a good fella who just kicked Cancer right in the tooshey! Although as an adult I was not allowed on the rides(sad face), I did see how much fun it was for all the kids. They provide this cool throne for the special birthday girl or boy to sit on – I mean, how great is that! Plus, the entire facility is for your party to play in and jump around in. So, for you families with the younger folks, bounce it out!
