The worst experience i have had at a professional medical facility. I needed to have a second mammogram, but they didn’t have my previous mammogram from another year to compare. They sent me 3 letters saying they needed it when I told them they could call my GP to get the info. I finally called my Dr. myself and she had it sent over. Then I was told they didn’t have it, but when I «encouraged» the woman to look again she suddenly found it. Whoever these back office staff are, they seem to be very unwilling to help, especially around 4pm. This was just the tip of the iceberg. Never going back.
