These guys just tried to charge me $ 129.99 just for AN ESTIMATE. They didn’t need to leave their office or do anything extraordinary. I gave them the nature of my cleaning job, info about all of the surfaces, and square footage over the phone. Then *WHAM* «your estimate is ready and it will be $ 129.99…if you use our services, then we will deduct that amount from your final bill.» When I objected, he said this is a really good deal because their estimates for mold work cost a lot more.
