Used these guys twice and both times they arrived early (which was great) and they were very professional. Only knocked one star off as one trip to the airport was via the scenic route, but it wasn’t the end of the world. Just be aware of your destination and it’s optimal route

Service is fine but make sure you call a good 45 minutes before you actually have to leave because hey like to take their sweet time to get to you. I almost missed my flight today. I called at 10:28am thinking they were right at the airport so they would be here quick. Well they showed up at 10:58am and I almost missed my flight

I was in town to lead a training at St John Fisher College… it was a cold, wintery night, and i was exhausted… It was still winter break at SJFC so the place was a ghost town but i needed a ride back to the Hyatt downtown… So i went online and found this site:
I texted them and asked for a taxi. they immediately texted me back and said 10 minutes, no problem. The man who showed up was so nice and pleasant… on time… drove me straight to my destination… no «drive around because she is a tourist». I am not sure how this company connects to the website or text/​call number 585−705−6056, but the receipt i got had this name on it… so i am reviewing this company. Pleasantly surprised.
