I wish I could give them negative stars.
This place sucks to the core.
I broke my foot and came here to be fitted for a high cast walking boot thing. They didn’t stock one that fit me so they said they would «rush order» me one, so I hobbled home and waited. They also were all out of crutches, so I went home empty handed.
The doctor said to put no weight on my foot so it was very hard to get around the house. I used a computer chair and pushed myself around.
I called about once a week but they never returned my calls or answered their phone.
It took exactly 4 weeks to finally get my boot.
They offered no apology or explanation.
Zero, zip. Nada.
I hate this place and everyone that works there.
PS I’m still waiting on my crutches A-​holes!

Worst customer service ever. I had to wait 15 minutes to even be acknowledged after signing in, and there was only 1 person in front of me. When I was acknowledged, I was informed that they don’t actually have the supplies there. No, they have to take your prescription and fax it INTERNALLY to the department that handles your particular need, and then they’ll contact you within 24 – 48 business hours. I felt like I stepped back in time 20 years — ridiculous. Avoid if possible!
