Wayback Burgers

Uh, here’s a review that’s about the food. No one gives a rat about random customers. What they need to know is the food is lame. The chipotle burger was completely hidden in a soggy steamed bun (hadn’t been grilled prior to assembling the burger) and smothered in sauce and 10 slices of jalapeño. Should rename it jalapeño burger if that’s what provides the heat, because the sauce sure doesn’t. The fries weren’t crisp, were chewy, and hadn’t a speck of salt on them. As for the salt, I guess that’s good if you’re on a salt restricted diet, but it’s not nice to find once you drive away and you’re nowhere near a salt shaker. Disappointing.

Came in here yestetday just because it is now Summer and we wanted a cold drink. We both ordered a chocolate coconut milk shake. It was so delish and was made with real ice cream. Cost was $ 4.00 but we had a buy one get one free coupon. I see these coupons frequently in the mail. We were noticing the menu item of a giant burger. I think it has 6 patties of beef. WOW ! Make sure you get a fork to eat it, no one could get their mouth around it …LOL…

They need to get a better system in place or they will go out of business! Takes them WAY too long to start cooking your order, plus this was when the place was almost empty and three employees working. Where is management??? Food is decent, but speed is what they really need to work on to keep up with other burger places around.

I’m sitting here right now as I write this review. My order was taken, my shake was delivered, food should be up any second. I can’t help but notice the (2) people that came in shortly after me and how rude they were to the poor girl working behind the counter. Complaining about the sizes that are offered, the type of lettuce that is used, and then we’re extent ride when asking for a table to be wiped down, that as I can see is clearly already clean. The employees here do a great job, provide great service, and absolutely deal with the the most disrespectful people I’ve seen… With a smile.
Hats off to the staff here, you’re all better than me. I would’ve lost it.

Walked in and and were told «it’s going to be a long time. we just got a big order». He then turned his back and we were apparently dismissed before i could even ask what the wait might be… Left and will not go back.

Food was ok, nothing special. Shakes are smaller than most comparable places.
I used online ordering and checked in on arrival saying I’d placed an online order. A few minutes later they presented me with an order which was not mine. They said the order was actually from the previous day and they’d made it by mistake so I had to wait 15 minutes while they cooked my order. We were not offered any drinks or discount for the inconvenience. I should have complained at the time but I was tired and hungry.
I’m not sure I’d bother going back.

Tried this place twice. First time orders were wrong, fries tasted stale, and burgers were just ok with little to no seasoning. Second visit took place an hour before it was supposed to close. Walked in and was told they were closing for the night. Mediocre food + lame customer service = 2 stars…

Let me start this off by saying I am not usually one to write reviews, but this store has made me rethink my own beliefs. If you have any value for your time, turn around before you walk in. The past two times I went in, the cashier failed to put the condiments on my receipt so the cook never knew to place them on my burgers. Once you order, you would think your order would come out before the people’s behind you. It seems they decide to play roulette with the orders and make them in no discernible order.
The burgers are decent when you are able to get yours, I’m not sure if that was just because the amount of time I had to wait for mine. I also tried the mac & cheese bites and would say they were mediocre.
This store is poorly managed as it seems no one there knows what exactly is going on, you just hear them asking each other where different orders are that they cannot find. I would not recommend this place and I will not be visiting again, they have hit their 3 strikes in my book.

First, the bathroom and seating area was really clean, and the staff was very friendly. The two stars are for the nice kid who brought us our food and made faces at my preschoolers.
The food is freshly made, we had to wait ten or fifteen minutes for the food, which is fine. Had a vanilla milkshake which was OK.
Ordered two kids meals, chicken tenders and a hot dog, plus two burgers, I had the way back classic our way, plus an order of fries.
First thing I noticed is they do not use to go containers for the to go orders. The burgers and hot dogs were wrapped but the fries and chicken tenders were in small open trays. So by the time we got home the fries were all over the bottom of the bag.
The fries were wilted and unsalted. The burgers were ok. No seasoning to the meat, although it tasted fresh. Overall the burger was greasy and almost flavorless. I took a few bites and trashed it.
We’re new to the area and still looking for a good burger place, let me tell you this is not it!

Standard fifties diner atmosphere. Items are overpriced and the food is greasy.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. They are about the only plus I can think of.
If you like greasy chili and burgers and overpriced hot dogs, this is the place for you.

Never heard of this chain before but I got an invite to the pre-​open review. It is a nice clean environment setup like any other rectangular shaped fast food joint. It has a nice mix of standard tables and counter tables with bar stools. They have a nice variety of choices which also includes salads, chicken sandwiches, veggie burgers and chili dogs. There is a self serve drink station with tea and various sodas. Since this was a pre-​opening event my expectations were moderately low. Sure there were some minor mistakes but the food and service were excellent especially considering that the crowd was lined up out the door. I ordered the cheesy burger «our way» (ketchup, mustard, tomatoes & lettuce), fries and a chocolate shake. I have to say that everything was very good and the shake was very thick just the way it should be.
I don’t think that I will ever have the triple triple, but I most definitely will try one of the 11 other shake flavors.
I’m just glad that this place isn’t closer to work!

I was on the opening thanks to an invite and was a pleasant surprise. The place looks very nice and the kitchen is open so you can see at every moment what and how they are cooking.
There is a lot of staff that seemed well trained and handled the situation even the place was packed. The dinning room has low and high tables as well as stalls and enough space to move comfortable.
I was with the family including two children and asked for two kids menus with fries and smoothies. All very good. I tried myself the Chile con Carne and was also delicious.
I will give it a try in some days and go through the rest of options, specially the burgers, salads and the oreo smoothie!
