I ordered flowers online to be delivered on valentines day. I placed my order 3 days in advance. I know it’s a busy day for a florist, but I wanted to get an idea when they would be delivered so I tried to call them. All day the line was busy. While at work I tried for hours. I live 1 mile from the shop. 4:30 PM they finally get delivered, right after my wife ran to the store. They had to leave them at the neighbors and I picked them up. Why did I even pay for delivery? I could have bought them on the way home. And the arrangement was much smaller than the picture. Never again. Go somewhere else that has a professional operation. So disappointed about it.
