My dryer was making an awful squeaking noise every time I turned it on. I called Labelle and was very, very pleased. The service charge was very reasonable, and he gave me a rough estimate over the phone (and managed to deliver $ 35 UNDER the estimate!). Not only was he willing to come out on a Saturday, but actually called to confirm an hour before and arrived 15 minutes EARLY. He showed me exactly what was wrong, and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure that not only were new parts were installed, but also that the machine was tuned up. I would recommend Labelle to ANYONE!
