I don’t get it. Open from 10−5pm, with an hour off for lunch. So they work for two hours and then take an hour off?! This must be the European approach to medical care. I am writing this review because I have been on hold for 15 minutes(first in line) during normal business hours to reschedule an appointment. I was then hung up on. A tad frustrating. I find the two physicians I’ve seen here to be wishy-washy. The first(Dr. Obi) was superrrrr nice and very thorough, but she never really seemed sure of what was going on. I had abnormal lab values that she wanted to look into but when switching to Dr. Al-K, he was like«meh, that happens to some people, not even going to double check». He may not be wrong, but I’ve never had low glucose or high Ig levels before in my life until after my surgery. No consistency here.

The staff and office are great, but my experience with Dr. Dlewati is consistently sub-par. Essentially I have come to the point where I just use him as a means to an end. I havent had an appointment yet where I’ve left feeling satisfied about his bedside manner. He clearly does not want to answer questions and aside from providing the absolute minimum response possible, he interrupts you constantly when you are asking questions or explaining your symptoms, and makes comments that make you feel like he thinks you’re an idiot. I will continue to go for the time being because the prescription i get from him is working and the proximity of his office is ideal, but if i had serious questions or wasnt responding well i would switch providers in a heartbeat.
