After being handed brochures and price lists at several area facilities, Compass was our last stop, after which we were going to go home and weigh our options. We have rented cargo vans at this location multiple times and have always been pleased with the friendly staff so it was no surprise to us that the manager, Lisa, was very enthusiastic about showing us around and pointing out all the perks (Hand carts, elevators, climate control, loading dock, etc.). We noted how clean the building and the units were and how well-​maintained the entire facility appeared to be. We rented a unit on the spot and moved our boxes in that evening. We really like the fact that all the units are indoors. It feels more secure than the type of unit that opens to the outdoors. We are very pleased with our decision to rent from Compass.

Staff is very courteous and helpful, succinctly touring the grounds as well as answering all questions without difficulty.
The units are kept clean, with no current or foreseeable problems with any sort of pests whatsoever. The layout is very easy to navigate and everything is well maintained.
(Bonus?) If you like 80’s pop it’s always resounding throughout the corrugated corridors.
