Beaches Tanning

This place clearly puts customer service last on its priority list. After being a long time customer of 7+ years, they informed me that my tanning packages were no longer being honored because they now expire. They had no expiration date in the past. $ 100s of dollars down the drain to this sketchy business. I will definitely not be returning.

I have gone several times for spray tans and Heather does a great job. She always makes me feel comfortable and they last a long time. The color is great and it always blends nicely. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The owner, Heather, is so sweet and does a fabulous job on spray tans. I’m pretty fair and she makes the tan look really natural and never streaky plus it lasts longer and looks better than any Mystic or Versa I’ve tried. The salon is very upscale with only high-​pressure beds and lots of little extras like makeup remover, lotion, fans, music, etc. I love this salon and Groupon makes it even more affordable for your Michigan-​pale-​girl (or guy) needs.

This is the best tanning place around! I burn really easily so I was excited to find somewhere that ensures you don’t burn. They have high pressure tanning beds and even my pale, freckly self can go the full 20 minutes. The beds are padded and really comfortable-​you do 10 minutes on each side. The prices are more than other tanning places but the tan lasts longer and once again, you won’t burn. I got really red once, but have never burned. There is also a student discount for OU students.
They offer goggles in case you forget yours or don’t have any, and the beds/​rooms are always clean. I always try to call ahead for an appointment because sometimes you can’t walk in for a few hours because they’re just so busy! They only have 3 beds and since almost everyone goes for 20 minutes, you will probably have to wait a little. All of the beds are laying down, no stand ups.
Everyone who works here is really friendly, and the business has twitter/​instagram/​facebook for offers and discounts. I haven’t got a spray tan yet, but they offer those as well. I will definitely keep going here for my pre-​vacation prep!

If you’re looking to kick those winter blues, look no further! The owner here is very friendly and knows what she’s talking about when it comes to tanning.
Making appointments or walking in, both are options for anyone here member or not. The beds are high pressure with dual fans at both ends of the bed in-​order to ensure you don’t get too hot. She also offers spray tanning for those who are interested in that.

I have been very loyal to one tanning salon since I was about 18 so I was skeptical of coming here. My friend referred me and told me it was a little pricey but it was so worth it. I couldn’t agree more. I had not been tanning in weeks when I went and didn’t burn at all and actually got a lot of color. After only 1 session! And it’s lasted! All of their beds are high pressure. The max is 20 minutes. The bottom of the bed is padded and very comfortable. After 10 minutes, the timer goes off and you flip over. This is amazing because for one thing, it’s more comfortable than lying on the hard acrylic of most other beds but on top of that this eliminates pressure points and white spots which I always get above my tailbone and shoulder blades. I am not a member so my walk-​in visit was $ 15. I’m not sure how much it would be if you were a member but even at that price it was more than worth it! Definitely check it out!
