5 stars all the way around! When we walked in, the staff was super helpful and friendly. They explained all of the coupons and how we can combine them to get the best deals… how cool is that!
I am that jerk that broke something here. They had beautiful penguins and snowman porcelain things… I thought it was to put a 3 wick candle on and since it was located on the table with the 3 wick candles, I thought it was a 3 wick candle holder. Nope. I picked it up to see how the candle rested inside of it (I wanted to purchase something SUPER bold for our ugly sweater party coming up). It was a COOKIE JAR! The top fell and shattered, I was so embarrassed!!! My face was red, I offered to pay and clean up… they refused payment, assuring me that it happens and to not worry about it. They also told me to back up so that I did not get hurt on the shards. While I am still embarrassed, I have never done anything like that before!!! They did their best to make me feel better. That is top notch service!
Dont worry, I still ended up dropping $ 150 on candles and candle holders…

Super friendly great service, 3 wik candles for $ 8.45 a piece killer deal. Everyone is great there will go back again.

I went there again recently and they have changed staff to extremely friendly and helpful people. Way to go Bath and Body works

My aunt got me a bottle of peony scented body spray for Christmas. That’s kind of weird because I am an adult man. It could have been a re-​gift, but even still why wouldn’t she re-​gift it to my sister? Anyway, I exchanged it for one of those things that makes your room stink like pine trees but I can’t smell it right now because I have a cold.
